#HMB 222 - RaYbor City & Saint Valentine's Revenge with Joe Robertson

Ah, love is in the air and it's making me nauseous to be quite frank.  Nah, not really.  The older I get the more sentimental I'm gradually becoming.  I actually like holidays, they make the mundane a little more fun.  Sure, they are remarkably hokey but any any sway from deviation is welcome at the adult pace of life.  Even those holiday's that remind you just how alone you are in the world, like Valentine's Day can put a pep in your step as illogical as that sounds.  This week on the podcast we're talking about the new love affair the Tampa Bay Rays seem to have with Ybor City as they announced early last week that they intend to move the team there and build a new stadium over there, no doubt on the taxpayer dime.  I, for one, say goodbye and good luck.  St. Pete and the Rays have had a intimate relationship for over 20 years and most marriages don't even last that long.  It was a good run but as always with these types of things, someone is the pitcher and someone is the catcher.  Someone is bound to get F-ed.
