What a time to be alive. The average video game player is 31 years old; which is fairly shocking in it's own right but it's not just that folks are getting sucked into this virtual world but it's finally been monetized for their effort. Ryan Geddes is one of these young professionals who have turned a hobby into a career, earning thousands of dollars so far in his nearly a decade of going "pro" and earned himself a world championship in Halo 5 earlier last week. He lives a life kind of like an athlete. He get's signed to contacts to play with other gamers on a team and is rewarded with endorsements for good performances. Hailing from Zepherhills, he now calls St. Pete home. He stopped by the pod this week to talk about how he got into Professional Gaming. Check it out here:
