#HMBlog: XFL releases team names and logo's, Tampa Bay will be called the "Vipers"

After a long wait the resurrected XFL football league named it’s team names, logos and colors this afternoon and our hometown squad will be called the Vipers. They released the info on Twitter this afternoon:

Hunters by instinct. Cold-blooded by nature.

Luring all who challenge them into the jaws of defeat.

The other team names announced on Wednesday: New York Guardians, Dallas Renegades, Houston Roughnecks, Los Angeles Wildcats, St. Louis BattleHawks, Seattle Dragons and D.C. Defenders.

The Vipers will be “ready to strike” in February 2020 and will play it’s home-games at Raymond James Stadium.
